TOUR BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS AT VIETNAM ONLINE VISA
1. Book directly at Vietnam Online Visa office
Step 1: You choose the tour you want to register
Step 2: Go to the customer transaction office of Vietnam Online Visa to register.
Step 3: You make a 70% deposit in advance, the remaining 30% you will pay to the tour guide at the airport or the tour guide will collect on the tour. After receiving the deposit, the teller will send you a tour confirmation slip.
Step 4: Please fill in the information (full name, year of birth, ID number) of the tour participants for staff of Vietnam Tourist
2. Order online by phone
Step 1: After you have agreed with the sales department, the care staff of VIETNAM ONLINE VISA about the service you choose, we will proceed with the procedure to order the service and make payment for you including: the following steps: (Services: Tours, hotels, air tickets, transportation, visas, passports,…)
Step 2: Customers transfer 50% deposit
Note: When transferring, please specify the details of the transfer as follows: Full name _ Phone number_ Name of registered tour
After the transfer: Please notify the care staff or the company representative for confirmation. You receive confirmation via Mail or phone.
Step 3: After receiving the deposit, the accounting department will contact you to send a confirmation slip via email or zalo, facebook.
